Welcome to our first blog post about our first catering job! We intend to share recipes and other experiences as we grow our business!
What a pleasure it was to serve all the honored guests at our first wedding reception! We received many positive comments about our food and service. What a blessing it was for us to know that we helped to make the day special.
A beautiful mixed green salad with dried cranberries and almonds tossed with a light raspberry vinaigrette opened the meal. The main entree presented was top sirloin beef tips in a rich mushroom gravy. Fresh rolls and compound butter were served. Herb infused rice pilaf with sauteed carrots and broccoli in a light garlic butter sauce rounded out the meal.
We had three wonderful friends who helped with food service. We wouldn't have been able to do it without Brittney, Cheryl, and Jennifer. Thank you ladies for your servant hearts!
